"NO ADDED UREA FORMALDEHYDE" (NAUF) construction materials.
NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) refers specifically to the type of resin/bonding agent used in composite panel production.
NOTE: The popularity of LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, an internationally recognized green building certification system) has driven this term into the mainstream as the public becomes more concerned with issues of indoor air quality.
